Meet your district’s social and emotional needs through a high quality, service-based learning millennial platform that provides multi-tier mental health support for responsive evidence based mental health curriculum. Through the work of Professor and Director in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at KU Medical Center, Dr. Elizabeth Penick, Ph.D., ABPP , schools will connect the pieces between mental health and service learning._x000D_

This K-12 Future Service Leaders of America program provides age appropriate curriculum, implementation support, and a wraparound support system (home, school, community & family) that strengthens involvement._x000D_

The FSLA curriculum is mapped with K-3 Music, 3rd-5th- Health, 6th-12th Physical Education/Health/Science and K-12 SECD standards addressing the 7 Risk Factors while providing seamless implementation for all students._x000D_

Participants will acquire a broad understanding of FSLA curriculum, how service learning relates to mental health and the value of wraparound support that creates social and emotional learning.
